The 2013 Wambli Sapa Memorial Powwow was held on April 27th at the UNOmaha Sapp fieldhouse. It was another fine event, with many fine examples of regalia which included feathers and other bird-related material.
A few pictures were taken of some prominent examples.

More pictures would have been taken, but there was not sufficient light to get a fast-enough shutter speed for personal portraits of the many fine dancers and their ceremonial works.
